Groundation is excited to announce our collaboration with Spice Harmony Yoga Studio as part of a global call to action, One Billion Rising! Tomorrow is V-day, 14th February, and it also marks to day that one billion people will RISE up! St. Lucia, Guyana, UWI Cave Hill, Bahamas, London Diaspora, Antigua & Barbuda, and SGU are RISING (just to name a few)!

AND at 4:30pm we will RISE too!

We are RISING because One Billion women will be raped or beaten in their lifetime. That is 1 in 3 of our mothers, friends, co-workers, girlfriends, sisters, wives, aunties and grandmothers.
