Here is a film about three powerful women who use theater in unique ways that transform individuals and communities. They use it as a tool of questioning, celebrating, discussing and interacting with the world and people around them. Here in Grenada we have such rich traditions of theater, it is in fact one of the artistic mediums that gets the most recognition. But, as my sister rightfully said after viewing this trailer, “We have theater but not like that.” Here it is mostly about the skit, you get it, you learn it and you perform it. And this is by no means an easy task, which means that we have a lot of talent that we can tap into. People, who like the women in this film, can conjure theater into a tool for transformation and self-expression in spaces beyond the stage…

      good question… i was trying to recreate the magic and share another vimeo video a few days ago…no luck. if i figure it out ill let you know…and please do the same.
