Tuesday December 20, 2011 – Five youth received loans which amounted to $ 90, 000 EC for the purposes of starting their small businesses or improving on one that they had already established.

The recipients were:
1. Nathalie Williams of Mirabeau: Her business is named “Nathalie’s Creation” and is focused on tailoring and alterations. The amount approved is $ 15, 000.

2. Jeremy Peters of Tempe, St. George’s: His business is named “Mecca Printing” and it offers a printing service. The amount approved is $ 17, 000.

3.Kelon Francique of La Sagesse, St. David: His business is named “Classic Image Photography” and offers photography services specializing in the production of ID cards.The amount approved is $ 17, 000.

4.Shain Rennie of Beaulieu, St. George’s: His business is named ” Shain Rennie Water Taxi” and he will be doing a water taxi business. The total amount approved is $ 13, 500.

5.Richard Alexander of Chantimelle, St.Patrick: His business is named “L&R Distribution” and he will be operating a grocery shop. The total amount approved is
$ 25,000.
